[avr-gcc-list] Double Height Characters on LCD Dot Matrix Display

Hi Guys,

Just wonder if any has seen or knows of any source code to produce a say 8x1
of custom large characters display on a 16x2 Dot Matrix LCD display?

I guess you would define a custom character set that used a square of 4 dot
for each 1 dot of a normal character. If it makes it any easier I only need
to display digits 0..9 initially.
