[avr-gcc-list] Lock bits

Hello
     I have programmed all lock bits in ATMEGA128 by accident. Now I
     can't write anything to my chip. I found that erasure procedure can 
restore lock bis to
     unprogrammed state but how to do it? I'm using PONYPROG and SPI
     serial programmind and can also use JTAG. I've tried all
     variations but none of them successfully worked.
     Is there any way to solve my problem?
