[avr-gcc-list] avr gcc requires CD in drive

Hello everyone,
 
I have come accross a very strange error running avr-gcc.
Every time avr-gcc is executed it requires a CD in the CD-rom drive.
It does not matter what files the CD contains as long as there
is a CD inserted. Otherwise avr-gcc.exe reports that there
is a CD missing.
Re-installation of everything did not solve the problem.
I am using avr-gcc 3.3 in the WinAVR distribution on
a windows XP machine.
