If they cannot install any software it's tuff! 
Are those Nazis really not possible to convince? 
Tortoisecvs is great with cvs over ssh.

I've just instituted CVS on a linux box, and have the repository on a
networked drive.  This works great for me, as I can checkout everything to
any 'nix box around.  However....

The rest of the group uses Windoze, and cannot get cvs-tortoise to access
the repository on the networked drive.  They have been told they need a
server running on some system to dish out the files.  However, the
computer nazis will not let them install any software on any of the
servers..

Does anyone know of a possible solution to this mess?  Thanks.
