Per design the flash has to be erased before programming. In order to
program all your hex data you can combine them manually. Maybe there are
tools for this, someone!?

Anyone know hot to Program Flash witout Erase the flash first in WinAVR ?
Since I have to program 2 different .hex file to the chip. First for
application, second for the bootloader
