avr-libc user manual contains the most documentation about how to use
the entire AVR GCC toolchain.

The second link that was given to you will show you a table of contents
including sections about "avr-libc and assembler programs" and "Inline Asm".

Also you said "documents and or example on how to use assembler and C
using avr-gcc", but you didn't say whether you want to use inline
assembly in C, or whether you want to write assembler modules and
compile that with other modules in C.

The project name is "avr-libc", please note the "c" at the end. This is
the C language library for the AVR GCC toolchain. "avr-lib" could also
easily mean the "Procyon AVRLib" library which is found at:
