Hi,

Here's another patch which updates the inline asm doc. Mostly just grammar
fixes

The removal of the n and v constraints from the table is questionable. I
didn't see them in the gcc manual and am not sure if they are even useable
with the avr.

Comments?

If this is ok, I'll commit it.
