[avr-libc-dev] document supported devices

I just committed this:

    * configure.in(AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE): Bump version.
    * NEWS: Note mega69 as new supported device.
    * doc/api/main_page.dox: Add list of supported devices.

Please look it over and let me know if I missed something. This is based
on the assumption that if and only if there is a io*.h for a device, then
it is supported.
