Joerg,

I finally got a chance to review your dox for stdlib.h. Overall it looks
great. I found a few things to cleanup, but wanted to run them by you
before committing.

I think it looks a bit better to use \c 'x' for a character and \c "sss"
for a string instead of `c' and ``sss''. This would make the notation
consistent with the C language's notation. If you don't object to this,
I'll commit the patch as is.
