It existed for some time - it seems Atmel had some trouble with the
RCEN fuse, so they made two separate device types: 2343 with external
clock, and tiny22 with internal oscillator. Check the current 2343
datasheet - I think ATtiny22 is now called AT90LS2343-1 :)
