[avr-libc-dev] [patch] convert to doxygen-1.3.4

Hi,

This patch converts avr-libc to use doxygen-1.3.4 and quells all
doxygen warnings. The majority of the patch is just hiding assembly
code from doxygen which is a simple, mechanical change.

I ran the generated html output from before and after the patch
through linklint (http://www.linklint.org/) and saw some improvement,
but there is still work that needs to be done as there are still a lot
of broken links (some of which can be eliminated with grammatical
changes).

I'll commit this tonight unless there are objections.
