Phil,
Thanks for the interest in avr-libc. Before we can consider giving you
commit access the project, it would be nice to have some contributions from
you. After you have sent in some patches that have been committed, then the
other developers can evaluate wether you should be given full access to the
project.
To get the ball rolling, you should probably subscribe to the avr-libc-dev
mailing list. That is were patches should be posted and discussed.
If you already have ideas, either post about it on the list or post a patch
with your implementation. If you are looking for something to do, have a
look at the doc/TODO file in the source or the bug database on the savannah
site.
