The information in the header file is correct for the
AT90S8515.  It seems to me you are confusing the AT90S8515
with the ATmega8515.  Btw., <avr/iom8515.h> contains all the
definitions you're looking for.

Summary:  SFRs of AT90s8515 doesn't match

Original Submission:  Hi,

I saw, that the USART Registers of the AT90s8515 doesn't match with the ones 
defined in IO8515.h. In the header there is no definition of the UBRRH 
Register. Also, the UBRRL Register is only called. In addition there are three 
USART data registers UCSRA-UCSRC in io8515.h only one of them UCSRA aka USR is 
defined. Attached you'll find a not (yet) tested corrected Header
