[avr-libc-dev] avr-libc-1.2.3 released

Some of you might ask: ``1.2.3?  What happened to 1.2.2?''

Well, I've rolled 1.2.2 last week, mainly to support Eric in producing
a new WinAVR version.  Eric asked me to hold back my release
announcment until WinAVR was also ready to go.

However, as I have fixed that scanf bug yesterday, and Eric had to
re-roll WinAVR-20050214 for other reasons, I've quickly followed up
with another release, even though its difference against the
predecessor is only a single bugfix.

So both, 1.2.2 and now 1.2.3 are plain bugfix releases.

The download area has already been populated some hours ago, and I'll
update the Web page, too (though almost nothing will change there,
compared to 1.2.2).
