Details:

The only links to the info pages for the mailing lists avr-chat and
avr-gcc-list appear to be from the Savannah "Super Project" for the AVR. 
There are no links to the info pages (or the Super Project) from either the
avr-libc homepage nor the Savannah avr-libc project page.  (Perhaps it's the
Super Project page itself that needs linking to, since apparently the only
way to get to it is by searching Savannah for "avr", not "avr-libc".)
