[avr-libc-dev] [patch #3851] 'dtostre' speed up

Follow-up Comment #2, patch #3851 (project avr-libc):

vfprintf.c (base for all printf-family functions): a part of float
point numbers conversion is fully rewriten. Speed is increased in
some times. Also the size of the program and a stack are reduced.
Function 'malloc' is not used now.
