Have you checked to see if this bug has already been reported and fixed? Please 
take a look at the Closed bug reports (this bug sounds familiar). Also take a 
look at the relevant header file in the SVN repository (you can do this through 
your browser) and see if the header file has already been fixed. If it has been 
fixed, then it will be available in the next avr-libc release which will 
probably happen next month.

Details:

I'm using WinAVR 20100110 and looks like the PUD bit for the MCUCR is not
defined in the headers for the at90usb82 MCU.
