Follow-up Comment #4:
Since the TWIE is NOT present in the header files for the xmega D3 and D4
devices, we will not add them at this time. If the latest datasheets for these
devices have the TWIE in them, then Atmel needs to be informed to either fix
the datasheets or fix the XML files.
