It tries to call the `man' command, but that is currently not working
under Windows. `man' is a bit more complex, so this man.config file
is only part of the things that won't work, for example, man pages are
being formatted online using `nroff', so you'd need all these tools as
well.
Eric, perhaps it's possible to replace man.exe by a simple program
that just opens a box and says, »Sorry, not implemented, see under
C:\WinAVR\doc\blah to get help.«?
