[avrdude-dev] STK500 and '2313 configuration

Hi,

        I'm using my STK500 to program some '2313's using avrdude
version 4.2.0.  avrdude complains that PAGEL and BS are not defined in
the configuration file as, indeed, they are not.  However, I don't think
they're appropriate for this micro unless, BS2 refers to the BS pin.
What is the fix?  Is the device being programmed properly even though it
avrdude complains (it seems to be but I'd like to be sure)?
