There are part definitions for both the tiny26 and the mega64 in the CVS copy
of the configuration file at the avrdude project:

If you pull the sources for avrdude and rebuild, you should then have both.
Alternatively, you can download just the configuration file (either through CVS
or by WebCVS of the project <http://savannah.nongnu.org/cgi-
bin/viewcvs/avrdude/avrdude/avrdude.conf.in?rev=1.31&content-
type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup>) and you could cut and paste the definitions you
need into your copy of the configuration file.
