URL: <http://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/?func=detailitem&item_id=4804> Summary: stk500v2: make setparm "lazy", make -B set sck Project: AVR Downloader/UploaDEr Submitted by: None Submitted on: Mon 01/16/06 at 22:45 Category: None Priority: 5 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Originator Email: address@hidden Open/Closed: Open _______________________________________________________ Details: This patch allows the -B flag to set stk500 sck. This could use up a lot of eeprom flash cycles on the programmer if sck is needlessly rewritten many times. Consequently, this patch also includes a modified version of _setparm which ensures that the new value differs from the old value before performing a write. Tested on avrisp mk 2. _______________________________________________________ Carbon-Copy List: CC Address | Comment ------------------------------------+----------------------------- eolson --AT-- mit --DOT-- edu | Originator Email _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Mon 01/16/06 at 22:45 Name: sck-cmdline-patch.txt Size: 2.51KB By: None <http://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/download.php?item_id=4804&item_file_id=5777> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/?func=detailitem&item_id=4804> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.nongnu.org/
