Hello,
is there anybody who can help me?
I'm using AVRDUDE 5.1 with LIBUSB 0.1.11 on a Mac OSX 10.4.4.
My programmer is a new AVR ISP MKII.
The commandline to burn the AVR:
/usr/local/bin/avrdude -c stk500v2 -p m88 -P usb -v -e -U flash:w:sample.rom
And here is the output:
avrdude: Version 5.1
Copyright (c) 2000-2005 Brian Dean, http://www.bdmicro.com/
System wide configuration file is "/usr/local/etc/avrdude.conf"
User configuration file is "/var/root/.avrduderc"
User configuration file does not exist or is not a regular file,
skipping
Using Port : usb
Using Programmer : avrispmkii
avrdude: usbdev_open(): Found AVRISP mkII, serno: 0000A0000252
avrdude: usbdev_send(): wrote 0 out of 1 bytes, err = No error
avrdude: stk500_send_mk2(): failed to send command to serial port
Whats going wrong?
Bye,
Salty.
