I think that's a different problem now, so I don't send this to the
bug tracker. (Are you subscribed to the mailing list?)

Looks a bit strange. Please use -vvvv, and post the relevant pieces
of the communication trace where the failures happen. In particular,
the "no target power" response is /very/ strange, since apparently the
target power has been there before.
Are you sure your target has /enough/ power supply?
