Hi,

Here is a patch to enable a bitbang mode through the Bus Pirate, which can be
used to program TPI parts.  Tested to work with the ATtiny10, although it's
slow: entire flash takes 112s to write, 80s to read.

The programmer name is "buspirate_bb".
