re: the hyperdoc branch

The axiom--hyperdoc--1 branch includes modifications to pamphlet format
and compiles cleanly. The compiled files are not yet linked into the
proper executables, one of which is hyperdoc itself. I need to 

(a) add the linking stanzas and executable targets to the makefile
(b) upload and include the actual pages used by hyperdoc
(c) make the pages appear in the proper places in the mnt tree
(d) test hyperdoc under sman

Once these tasks are complete hyperdoc should run so it's nearly there.

Hyperdoc is programmable in an early form of html and we need to look
at developing it further, possibly into subject areas like linear
algebra.
