Obviously, this page is not used to report problems?

Is there any way to break Sandbox into pages and still retain the no-email 
property? The sandbox now has lots of computation and each change seem to 
require all of these to be recomputed (is that right)? So separating these into 
pages (that is, allowing anyone to create a new Sandbox page) will allow a more 
organized and efficient display.
