\CVSID is defined in Section 21.2.9.
Files in ALLPROSE are not supposed to be translated separately as in
AXIOM, but rather one 'make dvi' at the toplevel builds the whole
documentation.
That is an advantage of ALLPROSE that the whole documentation is in just
ONE document. Simply use the SEARCH of your pdf viewer to look up CVSID.
In case ALLPROSE is properly installed and the "inverse search" (Section
21.2.8) works properly, then viewing with kdvi or xdvik, searching for
CVSID and clicking onto the page in the DVIVIEWER will automatically
open an editor at the right place in the corresponding source file.
