Yes, those are the files. I should really update the website and get graphviz.org to update their links ... sorry about that ... glad you guys are finding it useful.

I'm not familiar with SAGE, but I'm certainly open to making enhancements ...

best,
Derek.

I have upgraded Graphviz to the most recent version of GraphViz
that I could find on the web:

http://people.csail.mit.edu/drayside/latex/graphviz.new

Thus web site was a little hard to find and there are other
older versions at different locations. Anyway, these files are
dated 11-Jan-2006 and make reference to some improvements
submitted by Ralf Hammecke, so I think these are probably the
right ones.

This version also incorporates the psfrag package to permit
arbitrary LaTeX symbols and equations to be inserted into
the graphs. This works very nicely as you can see from

http://wiki.axiom-developer.org/GraphViz

The new version also allows an arbitrary number of graphs
to appear on a page by working around a limitation of LaTeX
on the number of open files.

The new version of Graphviz is also supported in pamphlet
files and works with the hyperref package to include clickable
links on graphs. See for example:

http://wiki.axiom-developer.org/book--main--1/Endpaper3

Challenge: Create a GraphViz graphic like a flowchart that
automatically includes the computed output of \sage{...}
commands. (Note: This might require a change to the graphviz.sty
and sagetex.sty packages or the MathAction/LatexWiki page
rendering software.)

Bill Page.
