[Axiom-developer] File name conflicts on brain dead filesystems

In the build-improvements branch there still is one filename conflict on 
Mac OS X:

CHANGELOG - ChangeLog

svk didn't choke when I checked out the source, it just overwrites 
CHANGELOG with ChangeLog and then claims I modified the file.
