Morning,
 I am attempting to make axiom on a MacOs HFS that I believe was
formated as case-insensitive.
The make always fails with the following error.
cp: ...../axiom/mnt/macosxppc/doc/spadhelp/ASP12.help and ...../axiom/mnt/macosxppc/doc/spadhelp/Asp12.help are identical
