Well, the wait is finally over. Methinks "eagerly" might be overthought.
Feedback (at low gain and overdamped) is welcome.

The new videos are up. One details how to add algebra and one details
how to modify the website. The style is sorta-pair-programming or
shoulder-surfing. Further videos will follow. Topics on request.

Browser supporting HTML5 should be able to see the mp4 links with no
problem. Full screen is recommended due to the normal working size of
my text.

I need some overview videos to introduce the documentation structure as
well as many more detail videos to cover the day-to-day routine of
maintaining and modifying this beast.
