[Bammds-users] Question

Hi guys

I'm getting this error message:
Error in data.frame(x = mds.x[-1], y = mds.y[-1], p = as.character(indv_in_pop$Population)[-1]) :
  arguments imply differing number of rows: 412, 411
Calls: all -> plot_populations -> data.frame

When doing this:
bammds -l ~/programs/MDS_legends/HumanOrigins.legend_Europe.csv MA626_L1_S1_S2_merged2.rmdup.bam MA682_L1_S1_S2_merged2.rmdup.bam /home/sapfo/Projects/ReferenceGenotype/HumanOrigins/HumanOrigins.auto.one_allele.txt --nosum

Any idea what the problem is here? Is it an issue with my data, the reference data, or the legend file?
