[Bayonne-devel] Build ccaudio-1.1.1 with g++ 3.3

Hello,

g++ 3.3 fails to compile ccaudio-1.1.1 on dtmf.cpp file. It cannot find
definition for 'malloc' fn. 

Here the patch for dtmf.cpp:
