It would have the voicetronix, sip, capi, and h323 drivers that are distributed directly in the Bayonne2 package. The bayonne2-nonfree drivers are separated, and currently include dialogic which requires extensive testing but uses the globalcall model and should support both analog and digital cards directly, synway which is just starting, and aculab.

The portion of Bayonne 2 that deals with basic ivr scripting operations and core functions is now very stable. It could be possible to do a separate 1.0 release around a bayonne 2 stripped down to those more basic ivr script functions, which can be tested, verified, and supported by me very easily right now, while moving all current stuff related to troll, continues audio processing, job control, etc, all of which requires extensive new testing and debugging, into a designated 1.1 release. What do people think of this kind of idea?

Sounds good, what drivers will this 1.1 release support? I can only test with a
dialogic card and with voip protocols.
