Details:

If major sections (\ms) are followed by section headings, those headings
(major sections and section headings) show up on the same level in the outline
tab of the tools area.

-> Make section headings (also \s2, \s3..)  to unfold (by arrows) like it is
done for major titles of different levels (\mt1, \mt2. \mt3...) in chapter 0.
