[be] [task #8007] formatting of Project notes

Follow-up Comment #3, task #8007 (project bibledit):

The [references] button does the same as what the earlier Ctrl-click did: It
loads the references that the note has in the References Area, so that the
user can go to them using F6. The helpfile has not yet been updated, but once
that's done it should appear what it does. All project notes have at least one
reference in them, or there can be more, yes, these appear in the references
area, in the tools area.
