Follow-up Comment #3, task #8668 (project bibledit):
Hi Wolfgang,
The command creates an empty Git repository in the current working directory.
If the command is issued while the current directory is on the USB stick, then
the USB stick gets the empty repository. The next step would be to fill that
repository with data. In your example you are creating an empty git repository
in /home/wolfgang/bibledit, so when setting up collaboration you could enter
"file:///home/wolfgang/bibledit", and no stick is used.
