[be] [bug #24483] Check spelling: Choice of shared dictionaries: no access to this dictionary

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #24483 (project bibledit):

Tried it on a second machine, also Ubuntu 8.04 and BE 3.4.7, same result:

For project X:
Switching on Check Spelling (for the first time), choosing the dictionary 
'Project X Shard Dictionary' (which is empty at this moment) and trying to
enter something into this dictionary by:
- Rightlick on an underlined word,
- Choosing option: 'Spelling Suggestions' 
does not do anything, this option is some kind of 'dead' (does not open
another dialog box (as it did some weeks ago, when I tested it with other
versions of BE.
