Details:

Bible Notes are in the text area and show up at the end of a chapter.

-> detache them also in a seperate window (Paratext has them in a seperate
window too) or
-> if you at the last verse of a chapter and choose next verse: to go the
first of the first footnote of the chapter.
Next again: could go 
-- to the next footnote or 
-- to the first verse of the next chapter
(same idea for previous verse at verse 0 of a chapter: to go to the bible
notes of the previous one.
