Details:
The styles menu should normally be disabled when there's no stylesheet
opened.
When "Open" is chosen, then it points to the stylesheet that currently
belongs to the project, and suggests to open it.
Otherwise all other options are disabled.
When the styles window closes again, the menu is disabled again.
Under normal condition the menu is operated by the styles window object.
