Have been trying this out and it seems to be working fine.

An existing project "test" was used, and the changes since last review were
viewed. There were changes, as could be expected.

Then the changes since last review were viewed again, and this time there
were none, as is to be expected.

Then a change was made in one word, the changes were allowed to be saved by
switching to the next chapter and back, and then the changes since last review
were reviewded, and the change just entered showed up.

And so on, trying several times, and each time it did wat it was expected to
to: Show changes when changes were entered, and show no changes after.
