Follow-up Comment #1:

This is correct behaviour because if text is copied from the notes in an
email, then invisible links that are there are copied as well.

There is now an option to switch the headings off, and that will get rid of
the invisible links too.

If text from the notes is copied when the headings are switched off, the
email is no longer flagged as a phishing email.
