Follow-up Comment #10, task #8078 (project bibledit):
The trials indicate that the OSIS file that Bibledit produces valiates
against the OSIS schema. See
xmllint --schema osisCore.2.1.1.xsd osis-from-usfm.xml
This command says:
osis-from-usfm.xml validates
So strictly speaking the USFM to OSIS is ready.
However, there's a problem here.
The osis2mod program that comes with the Sword library does not produce
modules from it correctly. A module that is created only shows the first book
it contains, both in Xiphos and in BibleTime.
Whosoever therefore cares about producing Sword modules with the new
usfm2osis converter, can investigate this matter with the programmer of the
osis2mod program.
I do consider the task of producing the osis converter completed, because the
resulting osis file validates against the schema.
