Details:
The Windows Outpost is kind of silly in the Windows port, since its running
under Windows, after all.
The Outpost is currently a Delphi app, so code sharing between Linux and
Windows versions may be hard.
Either port the outpost into C++ and share code, or find ways to call into
Delphi from C++.
