Follow-up Comment #3, sr #106781 (project bibledit):
The debian/ packaging stuff (plus the set of bibledit source code it works
with) is in a bzr repository at
https://code.launchpad.net/~pkgcrosswire/bibledit/main
Once it is packaged and accepted into Debian, the debian/ subtree for a
bibledit 3.7-1 package is in the bibledit_3.7-1.diff.gz file that is one part
of a Debian source package. So, that one is currently available at
ftp://ftp.debian.org:/debian/pool/main/b/bibledit/bibledit_3.7-1.diff.gz
and is replicated at all other Debian mirror sites.
It's sad there is no Debian-native way to get from the sources all the way to
an MSI file, though it sounds as though you are very close indeed!
BTW, if you haven't already, documenting exactly how to get from a fresh
Debian install to being able to build bibledit for Windows (and ideally, also
create the MSI file) using it would be good info to have -- on the wiki,
maybe?
