Details:

Currently search alone can function in an enhanced way, restricting searches
e.g to markup or the translation text only.

A similar facility should be part of the search and replace.

As an example, I am currently cleaning up a Cyrillic text which has been in
parts mixed under identically looking latin characters. I need to eliminate
them, without eliminating the usfm markers. So I am currently forced to do
this directly in the text with perl or sed instead of using bibledit.
