Details:

I've just upgraded to Koala. BE comes up but quickly crashes. I cannot even
change books in my project.
I have rebuilt from the repository since upgrading.

Perhaps related to this: I am having trouble getting the spelling to work. It
seems like BE forgets that I have a dictionary.
