[be] Wiki change

Hi All,

Bibledit's wiki was changed. The new one is at
http://sites.google.com/site/bibledit.

(The old one was at http://bibledit.pbworks.com/)

All text from the old wiki was moved to the new.

There's an intention to move all the online help to that new wiki.

Hopefully other people will also contribute to supply and update
documentation, make tutorials, and starter's guides.
