Just trying to ./configure the latest BE4.0.4 on my Ubuntu 9.10. However after installing the curl and the libcurl4 programs, still it does not compile.
This is the error message that I get: "curl: (7) couldn't connect to host
configure: error: A local web server such as Apache is required but it was not found or it is not running"
